CM: Instead of shying away from them, I now go and try to help them

SD: I now watch my food and save my money

CM: I altered how I lived by saving money more and checking my food for expiration dates
CM: I do this because I don’t want to end up in poverty like so many other Connecticut residents

SD: I look for opportunities to be helpful

CM: I changed my behavior because I now look for ways to help other people, even in tiny things
CM: I know that helping somebody else in need helps yourself a little bit inside

CS: I changed thanks to this experience at the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center for the better
